My first Coffee and Collaboration meeting was a revelation. I walked in feeling isolated and left feeling deeply connected. I found a space where I was truly heard and seen, something I had been searching for. Initially, I joined GOL seeking personal growth. The incredible energy and focus on holistic healing inspired me so profoundly that I decided to take a leap and pursue my passion professionally. I became a professional member and launched my online spiritual life coaching and hypnotherapy business. GOL provided the support, encouragement, and connections I needed to make my dream a reality. More than just a group, GOL has become my family, my support system, and my home. I am eternally grateful for this incredible community.

Business Mission
My mission is to empower those on a spiritual path towards emotional balance and abundance in all aspects of life, while achieving their highest potential. My vision is for everyone struggling from past traumas or patterns learned in childhood and relationships to discover peace within themselves through realizing true acceptance.
What inspired you to start your business?
To complement my Psychology degree, I took an Addiction Counselor and Domestic Violence certification course, as well as a Hypnosis. Until the DV course, I didn’t realize I was a victim of abuse. I found over the years that abuse starts with emotional and psychological abuse, long before it turns physical. I want to end abuse, and decided to combine all that I’ve learned into a coaching program for empaths to overcome emotional abuse and deepen their intuition so that they can set boundaries and help them harness their emotional frequency, not only to self-heal, but also to thrive and manifest their dream life.
What brings you joy?
I find joy in knowing that the empath population has emerged and there is a big need to service them uniquely. I can share my wisdom and guidance to an unrepresented population. I find joy knowing they have great power and their emotional frequency will raise the vibration of the planet to bring inner peace that will spill over and heal those in their path.
