What inspired you to start your business?
I started MT2Leadership because I saw too many leaders struggling in silence, unsure how to grow themselves while leading others. I knew I could use my experience and passion to give them tools and clarity that actually work. My inspiration was simple — help leaders stop surviving and start thriving.
What brings you joy?
My greatest joy comes from knowing the impact doesn’t stop with the person I’m coaching. When leaders grow, their teams grow, their families benefit, and their organizations thrive. Being part of that ripple effect is incredibly rewarding.
