With life happening at lightning speed, and with a ton of new followers, I felt like I needed to slow down and reintroduce myself to you all. My story begins in 2017 as life took me through some of the deepest challenges — divorce, losing a parent, the loss of my career, loss of a home, hostile co-parenting, losing businesses, and years of chronic stress compounding that left me losing my menstrual cycle, and feeling depleted and disconnected from my own body. But along my journey here is what I discovered: your body is designed to heal when you give it the right environment. Keto, nutrient dense foods, exercise/weight lifting, and fasting, became the tools that restored my mental/emotional health, my metabolism, balanced my hormones ((my cycle came back)), and brought me back into alignment with my energy and purpose.
