At Hometown Ties, my mission is to help local businesses grow by creating meaningful connections with the people they serve. I believe every business — big or small — deserves affordable, effective marketing that actually reaches real households in our community. Through high-quality print services and targeted direct mail campaigns, I help entrepreneurs get seen, get remembered, and stay connected to their ideal customers. My vision is to support and strengthen the local economy by helping fellow businesses thrive and become the go-to choice in their neighborhoods using oversized co-op style postcards to reach thousands of homes. One mission: get your local Treasure Valley business noticed for just pennies per home!
What inspired you to start your business?
I started Hometown Ties because I saw how many amazing local businesses were struggling to get noticed. Most small business owners don’t have time or huge marketing budgets — they’re just trying to serve their customers and keep things running. I wanted to create something simple, affordable, and powerful that would give them a real chance to grow. I’ve always loved the idea of community and helping people succeed, so Hometown Ties became the perfect way to support other entrepreneurs while building something meaningful for myself and my family. Helping businesses reach thousands of nearby households, consistently and cost-effectively, is what motivates me every day!
What brings you joy?
In my work, I get the most joy from seeing local businesses thrive because of something I helped them create — whether it’s a standout postcard, a fresh set of business cards, or an ad that brings in new customers. I love helping people feel confident, seen, and supported in their business journey. In life, I find joy in simple things: spending time with my family, reading, creating, serving and using my skills to bring encouragement and opportunities to others. Helping people succeed genuinely fills my cup.
