What inspired you to start your business?
I started Terrain Medicine with a passion for transforming the way healthcare is approached. I wanted to create a space where patients feel heard, supported, and empowered—not rushed through a system that only treats symptoms. My goal was to combine modern medicine with a deeper understanding of the body’s natural ability to heal, offering therapies that address the root cause and help people achieve long-term wellness and performance.
What brings you joy?
What brings me the most joy is seeing patients regain hope, confidence, and quality of life. Watching someone feel energized again, overcome health struggles, or finally find answers they’ve been searching for is incredibly rewarding. I also love building meaningful relationships with patients and helping them become active participants in their own healing journey.
