- Step #1: Schedule and complete your interview. CLICK HERE to schedule your interview!
- Step #2: Interview with someone from the GOL staff. Get approved & get Enrolled!
**ENROLLMENT SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS: Each professional member needs to have a unique user account, even if someone different is the payer.
- Step #1: a Primary Professional Member must be enrolled to start.
- Step #2: Open a new browser page.
- Step #3: Add the “Team Add-on” (monthly or yearly) to your cart.
- Step #4: On the Checkout page- for the Name, Phone, and Personal Email – INSERT the Add-On Professional’s Information
Step #5: On the same Checkout page- for the Billing Address & Zip Code, insert the accurate Credit Card Holder’s information.
Note: A minimum commitment of 6 months is required for the Professional Memberships, including the TEAM Add-on Professional Members. A one-time $49 enrollment fee is billed in the 1st month with your initial sign-up.
