WHAT TO EXPECT:
- SPACE: 10ft x 10ft on grass with a concrete front path for event guests. We have limited electric access spots (available to businesses who demo equipment and have a need for outlets).
- Vendor INTERVIEW opportunities & marketing your business leading up to the event!
- Your Brand listed on this page!
EVENT REQUIREMENT:
- Offer a RAFFLE ITEM: This can be a service, good, or gift card. No max or min value. This has been a beautiful way to create flow for our guests to engage and connect with our vendor community!
WHAT VENDORS SHOULD BRING:
- 10 x 10 vendor tent
- Table(s), chair, and/or table clothes
- Business Info /Flyers / Email sign up sheet
- Printed Card displaying your raffle offering. The event Sponsor with provide a raffle bucket for guests to put their entries
- In case of wind, we suggest you bring weight and stakes to secure your tent corners (stakes can be no longer than 8inches).
WHAT THE EVENT SPONSOR PROVIDES EACH VENDOR:
- 1 Raffle Box, Pen, and Event Guest Raffle tickets
- If you cannot obtain any items for your vendor booth setup, let us know, and we can try to accommodate the best we can.
COST:
- $100 per spot the ENTIRE day, online advertising, and vendor interview opportunities!
- For multiple spots, increase your “Quantity” at check out.

**All vendors are responsible for obtaining their own liability insurance for vending. Gathering of Lightworkers is not responsible for any damages or loss that may occur during your vending session.
