GOL Network: Code of Conduct

At GOL Network, we are committed to cultivating a high-integrity, collaborative, and growth-oriented community. This Code of Conduct reflects the shared values and agreements that create a powerful, aligned experience for all members.

 


1. Integrity & Professionalism (Be impeccable with your word)
We operate with honesty, accountability, and professionalism in all interactions, representing ourselves and the network with excellence.


2. Respect for All (Honor perspectives)
We honor diverse backgrounds, beliefs, and viewpoints. Respectful, open dialogue is encouraged; disrespect is not.


3. Punctuality & Presence (Be present)
We value time and commitment. Members are expected to arrive on-time and be fully present and engaged.


4. Collaboration Over Competition (Support over scarcity)
We believe in abundance and collaboration. Members are encouraged to support, refer, and uplift one another, fostering a culture of collaboration over competition.


5. Follow-Through & Completion (Do what you say you’ll do)
We honor our commitments. Members are expected to follow through, communicate clearly, and take responsibility for outcomes—including engagement in GOL events and commitments to others.


6. Positive Contribution (Bring value)
We contribute with intention—bringing solutions, encouragement, and constructive energy into the community.


7. Clear & Respectful Communication (Don’t take things personally or assume)
We communicate openly and directly, approaching conversations with maturity, respect, and integrity.


8. One-to-Ones & Professional Exchanges
GOL Network encourages one-to-one meetings to build understanding and authentic referral relationships. Members are responsible for scheduling appropriately and respecting agreed-upon timeframes.

GOL discourages ongoing or open-ended service “trades,” as these can create misaligned expectations. Any exchange of services is at the discretion of the individuals involved. GOL does not mediate, manage, or take responsibility for any agreements or outcomes resulting from these interactions.


9. Membership Value & Personal Responsibility
Joining GOL and being included in our Wellness Directory and Community Partners Directory provides long-term value through visibility, meaningful connections, and alignment with a trusted network of high-quality professionals.

While GOL provides consistent opportunities and a strong platform for growth, each member is responsible for their level of participation, engagement, relationship-building, and follow-through. Results are not guaranteed, but opportunity is consistently provided.

Members are expected to uphold the standard and reputation of the GOL Network through their actions, presence, and commitment to excellence.


Member-Specific Guidelines

10. Personal Journey Membership
Personal Journey Membership is designed for individuals seeking connection, community, and education. As a non-business tier, members may not promote or advertise any business—whether their own or on behalf of others.

If you have recently started a business you would like to promote, please upgrade to the Growth or Elevated Professional Tier.


11. Professional Membership (Growth & Elevated Professional)
Professional Membership is designed for business owners committed to building meaningful relationships and long-term visibility within the network.

  • A 6-month minimum commitment is required to support community stability and allow time for relationships and results to develop.
  • Members are encouraged to attend at least one event per month to build connection, visibility, and trust within the community.
  • While participation is not strictly tracked, consistent engagement strengthens your presence, referrals, and overall value from the network.

Inclusion in the GOL directory supports your visibility, credibility, and SEO presence as a trusted professional. Active, in-person participation further amplifies these benefits.


Code of Conduct Acknowledgment & Membership Discretion

GOL Network is committed to maintaining a respectful, collaborative, and high-integrity community. If a member is found to be in violation of this Code of Conduct or is creating disruption or discord, GOL reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend or terminate membership.

Whenever possible, an opportunity for open discussion and resolution will be provided. Continued membership is contingent upon alignment with the values and expectations outlined above.
