Event Registration Agreement and Liability Waiver

I, [Participant’s Name], hereby acknowledge that I am voluntarily participating in the GOL Network & Gathering of Lightworkers Event.

Parties Involved:

This event is organized jointly by:

• GOL Network (Gathering of Lightworkers)
• Affiliate organizations & businesses participating with the GOL Network (Gathering of Lightworkers)

This event also includes other event affiliates, employees, vendors, officers, associates, and volunteers:

• Local Business Vendors
• Event Facilitators
• Event Organizers
• Event Associates & Volunteers
• Event Videographers

Event Details:

The named event on this registration is a community-focused event promoting education for holistic health and wellness principles. It may feature local wellness vendors, raffle drawings, and on-site activities.  The GOL Network – Gathering of Lightworkers and their respective officers, affiliates, employees, volunteers, and agents are not providing medical advice.

Agreement:

1. Voluntary Participation: I acknowledge that my participation in the event is voluntary, and I willingly assume any risks associated with my participation.

2. No Liability for Injuries or Losses: I understand and agree that the GOL Network- Gathering of Lightworkers, and their respective officers, affiliates, employees, volunteers, and agents are not liable for any injuries or losses that may occur during the event activities. I participate at my own risk.

3. Use of Video and Photos: I acknowledge that video and photos will be taken during the event and may be used for purposes of publication and event promotional highlights by the GOL Network – Gathering of Lightworkers. These videos and photos will NOT be sold outside the participating event organizations or affiliates who provide the event education, services, or videography for our community.

4. Email Communication: I understand that my email address will be used by the GOL Network – Gathering of Lightworkers for communication of event information and upcoming events within the organizations. My information will not be sold to outside third parties. I may opt-out of future email communication, but it is recommended to wait until after the event to avoid missing out on important event information and reminders.

5. Release of Liability: I hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue the GOL Network – Gathering of Lightworkers, their affiliates, officers, employees, volunteers, and agents from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, and causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by me, or to any property belonging to me, whether caused by the negligence of the releases or otherwise, while participating in the event.

6. Assumption of Risk: I acknowledge that participation in the event may involve risks, including but not limited to those caused by terrain, weather conditions, and actions of other participants. I understand and assume all such risks.

7. Indemnification: I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the GOL Network – Gathering of Lightworkers, and their respective affiliates,  officers, employees, volunteers, and agents from any loss, liability, damage, or cost they may incur arising out of or related to my participation in the event.

Acknowledgment:

I acknowledge that I have carefully read this agreement and liability waiver, fully understand its contents, and voluntarily agree to its terms and conditions
