Become an Event vendor...
WHO BECOMES A VENDOR:
- Your business fits into one of the 8 dimensions of healing: Emotional, Physical, Intellectual, Occupational, Spiritual, Social, Financial, and Environmental (This is quite broad).
- Your business brings WELLNESS or JOY into your clients’ lives!
- WE INVITE YOU TO JOIN US AS A VENDOR!!!
WHAT TO EXPECT:
- SPACE: 10ft x 10ft on grass with a concrete front path for event guests. We have limited electric access spots (available to businesses that demo equipment and require outlets).
- Vendor INTERVIEW opportunities & marketing your business leading up to the event!
- Your Brand is listed on this page!
- COST: $100 per spot for the ENTIRE day, online advertising, and vendor interview opportunities!
- For multiple spots, increase your “Quantity” at check out.
- Your own 10×10 Tent, tables, chair, business information, a single sheet to describe your raffle offering, and anything else in your set up.
- We suggest you bring weight and stakes to secure your tent corners (stakes can be no longer than 8inches).
WHAT THE EVENT SPONSOR PROVIDES EACH VENDOR:
- 1 Raffle Box, Pen, and Event Guest Raffle tickets
- If you cannot obtain any items for your vendor booth setup, let us know, and we can try to accommodate the best we can.
EVENT REQUIREMENT:
- Offer a RAFFLE ITEM: This can be a service, good, or gift card. No max or min value. This has been a beautiful way to create flow for our guests to engage and connect with our vendor community!

Many Tribes - One Heart Event FAQ...
WHEN IS THE EVENT? It’s happening Sat, August 17th at Kleiner Park in Meridian, Idaho, from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
WHERE IS THE EVENT? The event will take place at Kleiner Park at the beautiful outdoor amphitheater in the northwest corner of the park.
WHO AN ATTEND THE EVENT? Anyone can attend this FREE event, and we encourage you to bring your friends and family!
WILL THERE BE FOOD? Food trucks will be on-site and available for you to eat delicious food during the event.
WHAT DO I BRING? We will have ongoing activities and healing experiences! Bring your DRUM for the drum circle, yoga mat for YOGA, and blanket and/or chairs to sit on and enjoy the festivities! Bring your water bottles and ways to stay cool for this summer event! We have lots of shade trees and will have a “cooling tent” on-site!
- WHAT CAN I EXPECT? This event will have a gathering of our communities, vendors who are part of the communities, and all-day interactive experiences you won’t want to miss!
Last Years event highlights...
Last year was purely magical! We had an outpouring of requests for this event to be an annual event! We have listened and this year will be bigger and more expansive than last year!
With the new location moved to the amphitheater main stage in Kleiner Park, we will be able to accommodate more guests and have official vendor spots for our many community members who want to participate and share their businesses!
We are thrilled to have many of the same activity facilitators return and many more to join in on the big event!
